Shipping — Canada only

| Delivery | Canada Post or Purolator, usually 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when it ships. |
Orders with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
All sales are final
Every board is bench tested before it ships. What happens after it goes into your machine is out of our hands.
These machines are 35–45 years old. Shorted solenoids, failing transistors, cracked solder joints, bad connectors and incorrect voltages are common, and any of them can damage a new board the moment it powers up. We can't see or test the machine a board is installed into, so we can't offer returns or a warranty.
Before you install:
- Make sure the machine is safe: no known shorts, no wiring faults, fuses correct.
- Check your power supply voltages are in spec.
- Power off and unplug before touching anything, and seat every connector fully and the right way round.
If a board arrives damaged in shipping, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and before installing it, so we can open a claim with the carrier.
